Hợp đồng có hiệu lực kể từ ngày Bên

Hợp đồng có hiệu lực kể từ ngày Bên Cho Thuê nhận được tiền đặt cọc của Bên Thuê.
Ngày bàn giao mặt bằng cho Bên Thuê là ngày Hai Bên ký nhận trên biên bản bàn giao là ngày 01/03/2015 và Bên Cho Thuê đã nhận được khoản tiền cọc của Bên Thuê.
Thời điểm bàn giao mặt bằng có thể sớm hơn thời điểm bên trên và Bên Cho Thuê sẽ gửi văn bản thông báo cho Bên Thuê trước 7 (bảy) ngày để Bên Thuê vào thiết kế nội thất.
Trước khi vào trang trí Căn Phòng, Bên Thuê sẽ phải ký một biên bản cam kết với nội dung sẽ chịu trách nhiệm bồi hoàn thiệt hại trong tòa nhà do việc thi công của Bên Thuê gây ra.
