Công việc đảm nhận:
1- Nhân sự toàn hệ thống
- Shopmanager:
+ Tìm kiếm, đề xuất Cty hợp đồng nhận
+ đào tạo shop manager đủ năng lực, tự quản được shop (nhập nguyên liệu vừa đủ, điều phối hoạt động, sử dụng giờ làm việc nhân viên hiệu quả, ổn định và marketing thường xuyên tăng DT)
+ Giao các chỉ tiêu kế hoạch tuần cho shopmanager
+ Kiểm soát, đôn đốc
- Nhân viên
+ Tuyển, đào tạo nhân viên toàn hệ thống trong đó có 1 số có thể luân chuyển các shop khi cần;
+ phân loại nhân viên pha chế chuẩn đúng yêu cầu hệ thống chung để khách quen dùng đồ uống mapa;
+ Định kỳ training toàn hệ thống theo kịch bản đã duyệt cho nhân viên shop
+ Đào tạo, giám sát nhân viên về phong cách, giao tiếp, văn hoá...trong giờ làm việc
