11.1 Hợp đồng có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký. Các biện pháp bảo đảm thực hiện hợp đồng có hiệu lực cho đến thời điểm các bên hoàn thành nghĩa vụ hợp đồng.
11.2 Sau 15 ngày kể từ ngày hai bên thực hiện xong các điều khoản của hợp đồng, nếu không có gì vướng mắc hợp đồng được coi như được thanh lý.
11.3 Hợp đồng được lập thành 04 bản, các bản hợp đồng có giá trị pháp lý như nhau, có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký, Bên B giữ 02 bản, Bên A giữ 02 bản để thực hiện.
