ĐIỀU 4. ĐIỀU KIỆN NGHIỆM THU VÀ BÀN GIAO CÔNG TRÌNH ĐƯA VÀO SỬ DỤNG:
- Tuân theo các quy định về quản lý chất lượng công trình
- Bên A và các bên liên quan sẽ thực hiện nghiệm thu từng công việc và các thiết bị liên quan.
- Bên A chỉ nghiệm thu đối tượng nghiệm thu đã hoàn thành và Bên B phải có đủ hồ sơ theo quy định.
- Công trình chỉ được nghiệm thu đưa vào sử dụng khi đảm bảo đúng yêu cầu và đảm bảo chất lượng và đạt các tiêu chuẩn theo quy định.
- Đảm bảo an toàn trong vận hành, khai thác khi đưa công trình vào sử dụng.
