1. Muïc ñích yeâu caàu:
Coâng ty coå phaàn thuûy saûn Trường Phú ( Xí nghiệp chế biến thủy sản Long Thạnh ) coù soaïn thaûo qui phaïm saûn xuaát GMP cuï theå cho töøng coâng ñoaïn cheá bieán nhaèm höôùng daãn thöïc hieän saûn xuaát, kieåm soaùt quaù trình saûn xuaát töø khaâu tieáp nhaän nguyeân lieäu ñeán khaâu thaønh phaåm cuoái cuøng – ñaûm baûo saûn xuaát ra saûn phaåm ñaït yeâu caàu vaø chaát löôïng.
GMP ñöôïc xaây döïng treân cô sôû tieâu chuaån QCVN 02-01:2009/BNNPTNT vaø QCVN 02-03:2009/BNNPTNT vaø moät soá yeâu caàu cuûa nöôùc nhaäp khaåu.
2. Bieän phaùp cuûa coâng ty:
Qui phaïm saûn xuaát – GMP ñaõ soaïn thaûo cho töøng coâng ñoaïn ñöôïc phoå bieán ñeán töøng coâng nhaân vieân ôû coâng ñoaïn saûn xuaát töông öùng, ñeå thöïc hieän ñuùng yeâu caàu. Trong quaù trình thöïc hieän ñöôïc nhaân vieân QM phaân coâng kieåm tra, giaùm saùt chaët cheõ.
