Tại Việt Nam, khách hàng đã mua Sản phẩm trong thời gian từ ngày 19 tháng 8 năm 2016 đến ngày 07 tháng 9 năm 2016, mang sản phẩm đến Trung tâm Chăm sóc khách hàng Samsung để đăng ký đổi mới Sản phẩm. Khách hàng khi mang Sản phẩm đến đổi sẽ được nhận một chiếc Galaxy A3 (2016) mới nguyên kiện, nhằm sử dụng thay thế Galaxy Note 7 trong thời gian chờ nhận sản phẩm Galaxy Note 7 mới. Như vậy, chúng tôi hiểu rằng, khách hàng tham gia chương trình của Công ty đã trả lại Sản phẩm, lấy Sản phẩm mới cùng loại.
