2.3.3. Sản xuất và bảo quản chế phẩm
Bã agar sau khi ủ được phối trộn với một số nguyên liệu khác theo các công thức như bảng 11 ở chương III dưa trên giá trị dinh ưỡng của từng thành phần nguyên liệu và tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam về thức ăn hỗn hợp cho gà TCVN 2265 năm 2007. Đem từng loại hỗn hợp thức ăn thu được cho vòa náy tại viên, sau đó sấy khô ở nhiệt độ 30 C, đóng vào túi nilon , buộc kín để làm thức ăn cho gà. Thức ăn viên có đường kính khoảng 2mm. Thới hạn sử sụng sản phẩm là 3 tháng.
2.3.4. Phương pháp đánh giá cảm quan
Dùng ccas giác quan: thị giác, khứu giác, ….đánh giá chất lượng bã agar ủ men và chất lương thức ăn hỗn hợp như: màu sắc, mùi, kích thước thức ăn viên…
2.3.5. Phương pháp thử nghiệm sinh học
Để đánh giá khả năng chấp nhận thức ăn của vật nuôi và hiệu quả của thức ăn ủ men, thức ăn hỗn hợp đã được thử nghiệm trên 40 con gà Tam Hoàng 882 ở độ tuooir 35 ngày, đồng đều như nhau về tỷ lệ troongs mái, có trọng lượng tương đối bằng nhau.
Cụ thể như sau:
+ Lô đối trứng: 10 con gà ( 5 trống, 5 mái) , gà được cho ăn theo khẩu phần 1
+ Lô thí nghiệm : chia làm 3 nhóm được đánh số như sau:
TN1: 10 con gà( 5 mái, 5 trống) gà được cho ăn theo khẩu phần 2
TN2: 10 con gà( 5 mái, 5 trống) gà được cho ăn theo khẩu phần 3
TN3: 10 con gà( 5 mái, 5 trống) gà được cho ăn theo khẩu phần 4
Gà được cân trọng lượng thường ý 2 tuần/lần, và được cho ăn cùng 1 khối lượng thức ăn như nhau.
Sauk hi nghiên cứu thử nghiệm trên gà tam hoàng 882 ở điều kiện thí nghiệm, chúng tôi đã tiếp tục tiến hành thử nghiệm quy mô tại trại gà của gia đình ông bà Cát-Hải ( Kiến An, Hải phòng)
