Sau khi kiểm tra thông tin tại Head office của Vinata, tôi xin trả lời những thắc mắc của bạn cũng như Hitachi Cable như sau :
Tương tự như dự án Sumiden và Iriso mà Vinata đã tư vấn cho chủ đầu tư, căn cứ vào mục 2 của công văn thì Chủ đầu tư phải thuê tư vấn đủ năng lực để kiểm định, đánh giá và phải thẩm định, phê duyệt qua Ban. Việc này Vinata không đủ chức năng & chuyên môn để thực hiện. Nếu Hitachi Cable yêu cầu thì Vinata sẽ giới thiệu 1 đơn vị tư vấn đã thực hiện đánh giá cho nhà máy Sumiden năm ngoái. Đơn vị tư vấn sẽ ký hợp đồng trực tiếp với chủ đầu tư và không phải thông qua qua Vinata nữa.
