ĐIỀU 3. THỜI GIAN, TIẾN ĐỘ THỰC HIỆN HỢP ĐỒNG:
1. Bên B phải hoàn thành công việc trong 70 ngày kể từ ngày hợp đồng có hiệu lực và căn cứ vào điều kiên thanh toán có trong hợp đồng này.
2. Các trường hợp bất khả kháng, mưa lớn, bão hay thiên tai không thể thi công được thì đại diện kỹ thuật hai bên xác nhận để làm căn cứ đề nghị bên A điều chỉnh tiến độ thi công cho toàn bộ công trình.
