9.2 BÊN B phải hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm về mọi thiệt hại phát sinh do việc khiếu nại của BÊN THỨ BA về việc vi phạm bản quyền sở hữu trí tuệ liên quan tới CÔNG VIỆC mà BÊN B cung cấp cho BÊN A.
