Tuy nhiên, yếu tố nổi bật và góp phần gia tăng sức thuyết phục của lý thuyết này so với phương pháp tiếp cận lợi nhuận hoạt động ròng là cung cấp minh chứng, đưa ra lập luận mang tính hành vi và kỹ thuật nghiệp vụ (Tutorsonnet, 2012), đó là kinh doanh chênh lệch giá (Nguyễn Minh Kiều, 2006).
