Có rất nhiều lực lượng cùng tham gia vào công tác rèn luyện nghiệp vụ sư phạm cho sinh viên ở những mức độ khác nhau. Nổi trội nhất có thể kể đến là GV bộ môn phương pháp, Tâm lý - Giáo dục, các bộ môn khoa học cơ bản,... Bên cạnh lực lượng mang tính chuyên trách đó còn có tổ chức Đoàn, giáo viên chủ nhiệm lớp, cố vấn học tập,…
Kết quả rèn luyện nghiệp vụ sư phạm của sinh viên hiện nay có 7 nội dung đạt ở mức độ khá tốt. Cụ thể: “Các kiến thức Giáo dục học” (ĐTB=1.56), “Kiến thức các phương pháp dạy học bộ môn” (ĐTB=1.65), “Kỹ năng giải quyết các tình huống sư phạm” (ĐTB=1.75); Kỹ năng lựa chọn phương pháp phương tiện dạy học, giáo dục (ĐTB=1.91), Kỹ năng kiểm tra, đánh giá kết quả học tập của học sinh (ĐTB=2.04), Các kiến thức chuyên ngành (ĐTB=2.06)...
