Nếu sau 07( bảy) ngày kể từ ngày đế

Nếu sau 07( bảy) ngày kể từ ngày đến hạn giao hàng như quy định tại Điều 8 mà Bên A vẫn không hoàn thành nghĩa vụ giao hàng, thì (a) Bên B có quyền đơn phương chấm dứt Hợp đồng mà không phải bồi thường hay chịu phạt với Bên A, và (b) Bên A có nghĩa vụ thanh toán cho Bên B số tiền đã nhận và khoản phạt vi phạm hợp đồng và khoản bồi thường thiệt hại cho Bên B (nếu có), trong vòng mười (10) ngày kể từ ngày Bên B chấm dứt Hợp đồng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If after 7 (seven) days from the due date of delivery as stipulated in article 8 that party A is still not complete delivery service, then (a) the party B reserves the right to terminate the contract without compensation or suffer a penalty with A Party, and (b) A Party is obliged to pay for Party B the amount received and the penalties violate the contract and compensation for losses harmful to Party B (if applicable), within ten (10) days of the B Party terminate the contract.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If after seven (07) days from the due date of delivery as stipulated in Article 8 that Party A has not fulfilled its duty of delivery, shall (a) Party B has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without compensation often fined with Party A, and (b) Party A payment obligation for Party B amounts received and breach of contract penalties and compensation for damage to Party B (if any), within ten (10) days of Party B to terminate the contract.
