- Trường hợp Bên A cắt giảm khối lượng công việc hoặc hạng mục trong hồ sơ thiết kế thuộc phạm vi công việc phải thực hiện theo hợp đồng đã ký kết dẫn tới thay đổi giảm khối lượng lớn hơn 10% tổng số mét vuông sàn dự ứng lực tạm tính của hợp đồng thì Bên B và Bên A sẽ cùng xem xét để điều chỉnh đơn giá của hợp đồng.
