Ban đầu, trong quá trình khảo sát, tôi nhận thấy rằng, đây là khu vực dân cư đông đúc và hầu hết các tòa nhà đều xây từ thời Pháp. Do đó, điều kiện sinh hoạt ở đây rất thấp và cơ sở hạ tầng xuống cấp, thiếu không gian xanh . Hơn nữa, toàn bộ các nhà mặt đường đều sử dụng vào mục đích kinh doanh, nhưng hạn chế về diện tích đã tạo ra những khó khăn nhất định trong việc sinh hoat cộng đồng và việc đỗ xe trở nên rất bất tiện !
Tôi hướng đến một công trình đáp ứng được những yêu cầu sau :
- Không gian nhà ở cần phải được cải thiện , các căn hộ cần phải được tiếp cận với không gian xanh
- Khu vực kinh doanh cần được tiếp cận dễ dàng hơn, có bãi đỗ xe và tiếp cận mặt đường
- Đảm bảo được diện tích cho khu vực văn phòng
- Không gian công cộng, bao gồm cà phê, đọc sách cần được bố trí hợp lý, gần không gian xanh tạo cảm giác gần gũi thiên nhiên
