Tuy nhiên, có một số việc SHL và đối tác đã hứa với tôi nhưng chưa thực hiện đến hiện tại tôi chưa nhận được Dự thảo kế hoạch công việc, sơ đồ bố trí tầng 2 (bao gồm quầy thu ngân, bàn chơi) cùng với kế hoạch chi tiết cho việc tiếp đón đoàn khách đầu tiên đến Phượng Hoàng… chỉ còn khoảng 20 ngày nữa công việc thực sự rất gấp, chúng tôi đề nghị SHL, đối tác chia sẻ và cung cấp các thông tin cấp bách trên để Phượng Hoàng đáp ứng và có kế hoạch chuẩn bị (về phòng nghỉ, nhà hàng, xe cộ …). Tôi không muốn có bất kỳ sự chậm trễ hoặc thay đổi nào về thời gian bắt đầu khai trương (khai trương đúng ngày 25/8/2016), mỗi bên hãy nỗ lực tối đa làm tốt trách nhiệm của mình. Trước mắt hãy lưu ý việc này: việc thi công quầy thu ngân tầng 2 – chỉ là một hạng mục rất nhỏ vì vậy hãy dùng đơn vị thi công do Phượng Hoàng cung cấp để tiết kiệm thời gian và chi phí, tôi không tin tưởng vào các đơn vị khác.
