Do vậy nhóm nghiên cứu chúng tôi tiến hành nghiên cứu đề tài : “Gây tê đám rối thần kinh cánh tay đường trên xương đòn cải tiến, để phẫu thuật toàn bộ vùng trên xương đòn, xương đòn và chi trên”. Thuốc gây tê là: lidocain dùng đơn thuần và phối hợp với fentanyl. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu:
- Đánh giá tác dụng vô cảm tốt trên diện rộng để phẫu thuật, so sánh dùng lidocain đơn thuần và phối hợp với fentanyl.
- Đánh giá sự giảm các tác dụng không mong muốn của phương pháp.
