Nếu trong thời gian làm việc với Ngân hàng mà bên Mua cố trì hoãn kéo dài thời gian làm thủ tục giấy tờ, không cung cấp đầy đủ các giấy tờ, hồ sơ và không ký hợp đồng tín dụng hoặc bất hợp tác trong việc hoàn thiện các hồ sơ để Ngân hàng giải ngân thì bên Mua phải chịu lãi suất quá hạn của Ngân hàng Vietinbank công bố tại thời điểm quá hạn trên tổng số tiền chưa thanh toán tính từ ngày ký hợp đồng, nhưng tổng số ngày kéo dài cũng không được vượt quá 07 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày đăng ký hồ sơ lưu hành. Trường hợp trễ hơn 07 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày đăng ký xe lưu hành mà bên Mua chưa thanh toán hoặc bên Mua chưa hoàn tất thủ tục để Ngân hàng giải ngân cho bên Bán thì bên Bán sẽ thu hồi giấy tờ xe đồng thời bên Bán sẽ không hoàn lại tất cả số tiền trên cho bên Mua.
