Mọi tranh chấp nảy sinh liên quan đến hợp đồng này hoặc việc thực hiện hợp đồng này sẽ được giải quyết bằng đàm phán thân thiện. Nếu không hoà giải được, trường hợp tranh chấp sẽ được đệ trình lên Trung tâm Trọng tài Quốc tế Việt Nam tại Phòng Thương mại và Công Nghiệp Việt Nam theo đúng pháp luật. Mọi chi phí liên quan đến việc kiện tụng sẽ do bên thua kiện trả.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Any dispute arising in relation to this contract or the implementation of this agreement will be resolved by friendly negotiation. If no reconciliation was disputed, the case will be submitted to Vietnam International Arbitration Centre at the Chamber of Commerce and industry of Vietnam in accordance with the law. All costs related to the litigation will do the party lose pay.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Any dispute arising concerning this contract or the performance of this contract will be settled through friendly negotiations. Otherwise conciliation, disputes will be submitted to the Central Vietnam International Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam in accordance with law. All costs related to the litigation will be paid by the losing party.
