1. Hai Bên cam kết thực hiện đúng các điều khoản của hợp đồng kinh tế, chủ động thông báo cho nhau tiến độ thực hiện hợp đồng. Nếu có vấn đề gì bất lợi phát sinh, hai Bên kịp thời thông báo cho nhau để thương lượng và cùng nhau bàn bạc giải quyết trên tinh thần hợp tác.
2. Trong quá trình thực hiện Hợp đồng, hai Bên có quyền thỏa thuận về sửa đổi bổ sung Hợp đồng. Sự thỏa thuận đó phải được lập thành văn bản như một Phụ lục của Hợp đồng và được hai Bên cùng ký xác nhận thì mới có giá trị thực hiện.
3. Trong trường hợp hai Bên không tự giải quyết được, một trong hai Bên có quyền đưa vụ việc đến Trung tâm trọng tài Quốc tế Việt Nam, chi nhánh Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh để giải quyết. Quyết định của Trung tâm là cuối cùng và phải được hai Bên chấp hành nghiêm túc.
4. Sau khi hai Bên thực hiện hết các nghĩa vụ của mình theo các điều khoản trên thì hợp đồng đương nhiên được thanh lý.
5. Hợp đồng này được lập thành 04 bản, mỗi Bên giữ 02 bản có giá trị như nhau và có hiệu lực từ ngày ký kết.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

5. This contract is made ​​in 04 copies, each party holding 02 equally valid and effective from the date of signing.
