To help companies develop better, I have a few recommendations as follows:The company needs to really learn the nature and ability to work of the employee, should not only do a reviews of sketchy, flawed. This will not be able to properly evaluate strength of members and bring to them the truth in work, help them develop themselves is also helping the company was pháaằng, not based on emotion.The reward should be for interior employees deserve. Also need penalties to deter the lazy staff.The company should regularly renewing and updating activities to help employees grow personally. The repeated activity is boring and not useful.
