So, according to the equation above, all six factors are important influences to the satisfaction of the customers in terms of quality of service wedding party. The order of importance of each factor depends on the absolute value of the Beta coefficient. The Beta coefficients are factors increasing the level of impact and more satisfaction. From the result of the above equation shows that the satisfaction of customers in terms of quality of service in restaurants of wedding service companies of Phu Tho tourism hit by reliability factor (B1 = 0.312), followed by 3 capacity factor, the level of response, and the tangible physical media (B3 = 0.26, B2 = 0.224, B5 = 0.201). Factor level of convenient access to the Beta coefficient = 0.161 also affect to the satisfaction of the customers in terms of quality of service wedding party. The last factor is the level of empathy has the lowest impact to the satisfaction of the customers in terms of quality of service wedding (B4 = 0.078).
