Thảo luận với chuyên gia DHI về việc lập đề cương chi tiết kỹ thuật cho khảo sát và thu thập dữ liệu phục vụ thực hiện dự án;
Cùng với chuyên gia DHI đi khảo sát sơ bộ hiện trường dự án, làm việc với một số các cơ quan có liên quan trong vùng dự án (Công ty TNHH một thành viên Thoát nước thành phố Hà Nội, Trạm bơm Yên Sở…);
Ký Hợp đồng với Công ty TNHH Tư vấn Đo đạc Bản đồ Chiến Thắng để thực hiện gói thầu số 1: “Điều tra khảo sát, đo đạc thủy chuẩn độ sâu ngập lụt khu vực trung tâm Thành phố Hà Nội”.
Ký hợp đồng với Xí nghiệp Bay chụp và Đo vẽ ảnh, chi nhánh Tổng công ty Tài nguyên và môi trường Việt Nam để thực hiện gói thầu số 2: “Cung cấp bản đồ địa hình và thành lập mô hình số độ cao DEM”.
