Bắt đầu từ năm 2011, ban tổ chức đã giới thiệu đến du khách bộ sưu tập trái cây lạ – hiếm & củ quả khổng lồ được quy tụ từ nhiều vùng miền của cả nước. Bộ sưu tập trái cây độc đáo này đã góp phần xướng danh cho lễ hội năm 2011, với kỷ lục là “Lễ Hội Có Nhiều Chủng Loại Trái Cây Nhất”. Du khách sẽ thích thú khi được chiêm ngưỡng nhiều loại trái lạ như: Thằn lằn, Osaka, Vú vẻ, cóc kèn, trái keo, trái nhàu, chìu diều, trái mô, trái mắt trâu, kim quýt, trái dư… Đặc biệt năm nay, bộ sưu tập xuất hiện các loại trái hiếm và mới lạ như: Bưởi bàn tay Phật, nhãn tím, su hào tím, xoài tím, bắp tím, cà chua đen, đậu bắp đỏ. Bộ sưu tập không chỉ dùng làm thực phẩm, vị thuốc để chữa bệnh mà sự đa dạng của các loại trái cây còn được nghệ nhân sáng tạo thành nhiều tác phẩm nghệ thuật đẹp mắt.
