Tôi là Phát Lâm, videographer tự do tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
Tôi đã đọc qua thông tin Riot Games có ý định tuyển dụng vị trí Video Producer tại TPHCM trên website chính thức của công ty, tôi tin với kinh nghiệm 3 năm cùng với sự tham gia trực tiếp vào quá trình xây dựng nội dung-hình ảnh của bộ môn Esports LMHT tại Việt Nam sẽ góp phần vào sự phát triển mạnh mẽ hơn của Riot tại Việt Nam.

Tôi đã trải qua 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành sản xuất video,phim. Qua 3 năm đó, tôi đã có cơ hội làm việc với nhiều môi trường áp lực và quy củ. Một số đơn vị tôi đã từng tham gia sản xuất, cung cấp video như: CGV, series All Things Hair của Unilever Thái Lan, series TV show trên YANTV, các sản phẩm của Vietnam Esport TV và một số phim ngắn. Đặc biệt, tôi đã trực tiếp tham gia sản xuất các viral video, trailer, documentary của bộ môn Esports League of Legends tại Việt Nam thông qua đơn vị Vietnam Esports từ năm 2015.
Tôi có kinh nghiệm trong gần như tất cả các khâu sản xuất video bao gồm các khâu: sản xuất, quay phim, hậu kỳ. Tôi có khả năng điều phối, sử dụng thành thạo các thiết bị quay phim và phần mềm dựng phim trong bộ Adobe Collection. Với tính cách sôi nổi, kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt, không ngại khó khan để hoàn tất tốt công việc được giao, tôi tin tôi hoàn toàn phù hợp với những gì mà một Rioter cần có.
Với việc trực tiếp tham gia sản xuất các nội dung cho bộ môn Esports tại Việt Nam, tôi am hiểu về cách thức xây dựng nhân vật, thị trường video dành cho các game thủ tại Việt Nam cần những gì, yêu cầu ra sao. Ngoài ra, tôi còn sở hữu góc nhìn về mặt hình ảnh tốt, sáng tạo trong việc xây dựng nội dung, hình ảnh xuyên suốt cho video, để việc sản xuất video tại Việt Nam của Riot sẽ tiệm cận và ngang hàng với các Rioter khác trên thế giới.

Với những điều nêu trên, tôi hoàn toàn tin tưởng vào khả năng của mình sẽ giúp ích cho Riot Games phát triển nội dung video tại thị trường Việt Nam. Tôi rất hi vọng và tự hào mình sẽ trở thành 1 phần giúp các nội dung video về Esport tại Việt Nam sẽ ngày càng phát triển tiệm cận với thế giới.
