Cơ cấu công ty gồm 4 phòng ban lớn và một số team nhỏ trong mỗi bộ phận.
Bộ phận sales – marketing gồm hai team là Team Sales & Marketing với 3 Sales – Marketing Representatives, 3 thực tập sinh chính thức. Team thứ 2 thuộc bộ phận này là team Events - PR với 2 thực tập sinh chính thức.
Bộ phận Nhân sự gồm hai team lớn đó là team tuyển dụng – đào tạo với 3 thực tập sinh chính thức và team Compensation and benefits với 3 thực tập sinh, tất cả các thực tập sinh này hoạt động dưới sự hướng dẫn của hr excutive theo chỉ thị trực tiếp từ giám đốc công ty.
Tiếp theo là bộ phận thiết kế và lập trình web với 03 thành viên freelance chính thức và 01 thực tập sinh.
Cuối cùng là bộ phận copy writer với 2 freelancer chính thức.
