Loại hình du lịch homestay vẫn là một vấn đề mới. Do loại hình du lịch homestay ra đời và phổ biến chưa lâu, các thông tin về du lịch homestay còn rất hạn chế, hầu hết là trên các website hoặc một số báo và tạp chí.
