Bên A giao và Bên B đồng ý nhận việ

Bên A giao và Bên B đồng ý nhận việc cung cấp và lắp đặt hạng mục nội thất liền tường: tủ bếp, tủ lavabo và tủ gương nhà CT1-HH với phạm vi công việc như sau:
- Bổ sung, hoàn thiện bản vẽ shopdrawing trình Bên A phê duyêt trước khi thi công.
- Cung cấp và lắp đặt hạng mục nội thất liền tường: tủ bếp (bao gồm mặt đá và kính ốp tường), tủ lavabo (bao gồm mặt đá) và tủ gương, các phụ kiện kèm theo để thi công đúng bản vẽ được duyệt, tiêu chuẩn và chủng loại vật tư theo danh mục đính kèm tại bảng chi tiết giá trị hợp đồng (Phụ lục 01) và bảng thông số kỹ thuật theo phụ lục 02.
- Tổ chức thi công, nghiệm thu bàn giao đảm bảo kỹ, mỹ thuật và chất lượng theo yêu cầu của chủ đầu tư.
- Bảo hành và bảo trì theo quy định.

Party A and Party B agrees to accept the delivery and installation of furniture items associated wall: kitchen cabinets, sink cabinets and mirror cabinets CT1-HH with the scope of work as follows:
- Addition, finishing drawings shopdrawing the approval of Party A before execution.
- Supply and installation of interior items associated wall: kitchen cabinet (including the stone and glass walls), sink cabinets (including the stone) and dresser, the accessories attached to the correct construction drawings approved, standards and types of materials according to the list attached at the table details of the contract value (Appendix 01) and the specifications table under Appendix 02.
- construction organization, to ensure acceptance of handing technical, aesthetic and quality required by the investor.
- Warranty and maintenance as prescribed.
