• Khoản 1.3.1: Thay đổi trách nhiệm của Giám đốc dự án:
- Tuân thủ và thực thi các Quyết định của Ban Tổng Giám đốc và Hội đồng quản trị Eximbank có nội dung liên quan hoặc ảnh hưởng đến dự án được phân công quản lý;
- Chịu trách nhiệm về mức độ hoàn thành các mục tiêu và yêu cầu của dự án, và có trách nhiệm giải trình kết quả dự án trước Ban chỉ đạo dự án;
