Trong câu hỏi khảo sát này, mỗi sinh viên có thể đưa ra 1 hoặc nhiều lựa chọn cho việc chọn kĩ năng được sử dụng khi tự học. Kĩ năng nghe được lựa chọn nhiều nhất, chiếm 63%. Tiếp đến là kĩ năng đọc cũng được các bạn sinh viên sử dụng nhiều (53%). 2 kĩ năng khác cũng khá quan trọng cho việc tự học là test-tasking skills (26%) và taking-note skill (32%). Còn lại chỉ có 3 bạn sử dụng kĩ năng viết khi tự học. Qua đó ta thấy được rằng, kĩ năng nghe và kĩ năng đọc là 2 kĩ năng được các bạn sinh viên yêu thích nhất. Qua kết quả này cho ta thấy rằng, các bạn sinh viên đều nhận thấy được những kĩ năng mình còn chưa tốt để luyện tập thêm khi tự học. Hầu hết các bạn sinh viên đều có ít nhất 2 lựa chọn trở lên khi lựa chọn kĩ năng để tự học. Nó sẽ giúp việc tự học của các bạn đạt kết qả tốt hơn và củng cố lại những kĩ năng các bạn còn yếu khi học trên lớp.
