* Về mặt pháp lý, vật liệu bê tộng nhựa Carboncor Asphalt đã được cấp phép:
- Quyết định số 1445/QĐ-BGTVT ngày 26/05/2009 cho phép sử dụng vật liệu Carboncor Asphalt trong xây dựng và sửa chữa kết cấu áo đường ở Việt Nam;
- Quy định tạm thời về kỹ thuật thi công số 2787/QĐ-BGTVT ngày 23/09/2010;
- Định mức Dự toán Xây dựng Công trình số 1091/QĐ – BXD ngày 26/12/2011
- Tổng cục Đường bộ Việt Nam đã có khuyến cáo số 672/TCĐBVN-QLBTĐB ngày 26/02/2014 về việc ứng dụng vật liệu Carboncor Asphalt trong xây dựng đường giao thông
- Thông báo giá liên sở tỉnh Bắc Ninh.
