Tôi làm đơn này xin trình báo với quý cơ quan việc như sau:
Vào năm 2009 Công ty chúng tôi gồm Tôi và ông Cha Cheong Min cùng mở công ty tại Hàn Quốc, quá trình làm ăn đến 2010 công ty làm ăn thua lỗ và phá sản. Do làm ăn thua lỗ nên chúng tôi chưa xác nhận chính xác được giá trị thua lỗ mà tôi phải hoàn trả cho Anh Cha Cheong Min. Tôi rất muốn Tôi và ông Cha Cheong Min gặp nhau để xác nhận công nợ và thời gian thanh toán. Nhưng bên phía ông Cha Cheong Min không hợp tác và Ủy quyền cho:

Công ty Thiên Uy do ông Vinh và một số người đã đến công ty gặp Tôi nhưng Tôi không muốn ảnh hưởng đến Uy tín cũng như công việc tại Công ty nên tôi đã hẹn ông Vinh vào 20h ngày 29/09/2015 tại Hà Nội. Nguyện Vọng của tôi là Tôi sẽ tự giải quyết với Ông Cha Cheong Minh. Nhưng Ông Vinh không đồng ý và yêu cầu Tôi đến thứ 7 ngày 03/10/2015 phải có câu trả lời. Trong thời gian đấy Công ty Thiên Uy đã cho người đến Công ty Uy Hiếp và đe dọa.
Vậy Tôi viết đơn này kính mong các Quý cơ quan ban ngành giúp đỡ và hỗ trợ tôi để Tôi ổn định cuộc sống trong công việc và kinh doanh tại Việt Nam.
