Thứ nhất, sau khi đọc qua bài viết của Pollan tôi đã có thêm rất nhiều kiến thức về food mà đó giờ tôi hoàn toàn không để ý đến cũng như không được dạy. Tuy nhiên, có một trong những kiến thức về food mà tôi ko hoàn toàn đồng ý vs Pollan đó là ý kiến “Don’t eat anything your great grandmother wouldn’t recognize as food”. Có lẽ nó chỉ đúng một phần, và phần đấy là thuộc về quá khứ. Thời gian đã thay đổi, và mọi thứ cũng thay đổi nhanh chóng, trong đó food ko phải là một ngoại lệ. Bạn có dám chắc sau này khi có con, bạn sẽ giao hoàn toàn việc ăn uống của con bạn cho bà nội của nó chứ? In my opinion, tôi sẽ không làm điều đấy. First, after reading through the article by Pollan I already have far more knowledge about food which I totally did not notice nor are taught. However, the knowledge about food that I don't totally agree vs. Pollan which are comments "Don't eat anything your great grandmother wouldn't recognize as food." Maybe it's just the right part, and the part that belongs to the past. Times have changed, and things change fast, in which food is not an exception. Are you sure when you have children, you will complete the delivery of your child's eating for your grandmother? In my opinion, I will not do it.
