Vừa qua Tổng Cty CP Việt Tiến có ký hợp đồng mua vải khaki TPNL 100% Cotton của quý nhà cung cấp Omni: 36/N14/HĐMB 130K84 L.grey, 103/N14/HĐMB 140J85-D.BROWN-GREY, 136/N14/HĐMB 140V11-D.BROWN, 92/N14/HĐMB 13000068-D.BROWN, 104/N14/HĐMB 130D88-D.BROWN, 140/N14/HĐMB+135/N14/HĐMB 13273BD-OLIVE, 80/N14/HĐMB 240694R-D.BROWN. Với tổng số lượng: 27,400 m.
Tuy nhiên, trong quá trình kiểm vải trước khi đưa vào sản xuất và trong sản xuất phát sinh một số tình trạng lỗi như sau:
1/ Trong quá trình kiểm vải và nguyên liệu lưu kho.
- Art 140V11-D.BROWN vải bị oxi hóa, phai màu.
- Art 13000068-D.BROWN 06 cây vải ngấn dọc, QA Việt Tiến đề nghị không đưa vào sản xuất.
- Art 130D88-D.BROWN vải lỗi ngang khổ, khác màu dọc biên, loang màu, ngấn dọc, QA Việt Tiến đề nghị không đưa vào sản xuất.
- Art 13273BD-OLIVE vải biến màu, QA Việt Tiến đề nghị không đưa vào sản xuất.
Tuy nhiên, Việt Tiến vẫn hỗ trợ đưa vào sản xuất các dạng lỗi trên và hai bên đã ký biên bản thỏa thuận.
2/ Trong quá trình sản xuất:
- Art 130K84 L.GREY chế độ wash Bio, chưa wash vải đã bị biến màu. Hiện nay đã có 319 sản phẩm bị biến màu sau wash.
- Art 140J85 D.BROWN-GREY chế độ wash Bio, chưa wash vải đã bị biến màu. Hiện nay đã có: 1,630 sản phẩm bị biến màu, 2,412 sản phẩm còn lại đang kiểm tra lại chất lượng. Tổng cộng 4,042 sản phẩm, chúng tôi đang cùng quý công ty phối hợp với đơn vị wash để tìm cách xử lý, giảm thiệt hại.
- Art 240694 D.BROWN sau wash phát sinh 259 hàng loại 2, đơn vị wash đã thông tin là do vải dư axit nên bị biến màu sau wash. Chúng tôi đang cùng quý công ty phối hợp với đơn vị wash để tìm cách xử lý, giảm thiệt hại.
Với tình trạng vải lỗi trên, trong thời gian qua chúng tôi đã gặp rất nhiều khó khăn trong sản xuất, hàng hóa chậm nhập kho, sản lượng giảm, xử lý lỗi thường xuyên, sản xuất tồn đọng, xí nghiệp giảm năng suất.
Nay bằng công văn này chúng tôi đề nghị quý công ty làm việc ngay với nhà sản xuất vải để cải thiện chất lượng nguyên liệu cho những đơn hàng tới, tăng độ cầm màu, không để xảy ra tình trạng lỗi như trên.
Hiện nay số hàng biến màu rất nhiều, đang dở dang tại Xí Nghiệp, giá trị thiệt hại khá lớn, vì vậy đề nghị quí công ty khẩn trương làm việc với nhà sản xuất, phối hợp với đơn vị wash để đưa ra các giải pháp khắc phục cho số sản phẩm bị lỗi trên.
