Kể từ khi đi vào hoạt động, VSD đã ban hành Nội quy lao động và được sửa đổi, bổ sung một số vấn đề để phù hợp với thực tế phát sinh trong hoạt động hàng ngày của VSD. Nội quy làm việc quy định về thời gian làm việc, kỷ luật, trật tự an toàn lao động… và hình thức xử lý vi phạm kỷ luật lao động và trách nhiệm vật chất. Ban lãnh đạo VSD giao cho Phòng Hành chính Quản trị thực hiện theo dõi việc chấp hành nội quy, quy chế làm việc của trung tâm. Qua số liệu tổng hợp và báo cáo từ năm 2009 đến 2013 không có trường hợp người lao động nào bị kỷ luật do vi phạm các quy định tại Nội quy lao động của VSD. Đại bộ phận người lao động có tinh thần tự giác chấp hành tốt các quy định, không có người lao động tự ý nghỉ việc không xin phép, hiện tượng người lao động đi làm muộn về sớm không nhiều.
