Trong giai đoạn khởi đầu khoảng từ 6-12 tháng, tôi dự định sẽ đặt văn phòng tại nhà. Cơ sở sản xuất đặt tại khu vực mặt tiền đường Huỳnh Tấn Phát, Quận 7, TP.HCM (Khu chế xuất Tân Thuận). Khi mọi việc đã được thiết lập, yêu cầu ban đầu về văn phòng của tôi sẽ là khoảng 1,000m2 với 2 phòng riêng biệt và 1 khu hành chính thư ký. Tiêu chuẩn của tôi về văn phòng là:

1. Thuê trong thời gian ngắn hạn từ 1-2 năm với hợp đồng 1 năm và có thể gia hạn thêm 1 năm nữa.
2. Một điều khỏan về việc bên cho thuê địa điểm sẽ cho tôi mở rộng địa điểm như yêu cầu với một điều khoản cho phép tôi ngừng hợp đồng nếu như việc mở rộng địa điểm không thực hiện được.
