Bắt nguồn từ việc tạo hình dáng công trình bo theo khu đất , tạo view nhìn về phía công viên cảnh quan phía ngoài. Kèm theo việc sắp xếp các khối chức năng kín( rạp chiếu phim, rạp đa năng) phía Tây để tránh nắng. Len lõi theo các khối nhân tạo là các không gian mở gồm: khu vực triển lãm điện ảnh, khu chờ, giải khát cho khán giả và diễn viên, coffee ngoài trời…Tầng 2 được bố trí là các khu vực kĩ thuật của rạp, khu vực hành chính của tòa nhà.2 sân trong cho ánh sang xuyên suốt công trình, kèm theo cây xanh làm cho công trình mát dịu.
