Thủ tục nhập khẩu: Theo phạm vi Hợp đồng dịch vụ sẽ ký với các đơn vị cung cấp dịch vụ logistics, các đơn vị này sẽ hỗ trợ Fluidra Việt Nam trong việc hoàn thành các thủ tục hải quan khi hàng hóa về đến cảng/sân bay, sau đó vận chuyển hàng hóa về lưu kho tại kho của Khách hàng hoặc các địa điểm khác do Khách hàng hoặc Công ty chỉ định.
Mặc dù vậy, Fluidra Việt Nam vẫn có quyền được trực tiếp làm thủ tục nhập khẩu hàng hóa tại cơ quan Hải quan theo quy định của pháp luật.
