Tôi đồng ý rằng trong suốt thời gian làm việc tại Công ty và sau này, Tôi sẽ tuyệt đối giữ kín và không sử dụng, hoặc tiết lộ Thông tin Mật của Công ty (như được nêu dưới đây), ngoại trừ vì lợi ích của Công ty, cho bất kỳ cá nhân, công ty hoặc tổ chức nào, trừ phi được sự chấp thuận của Công ty bằng văn bản.

I agree that during the time worked at the company and later, I will absolutely confidential and not to use or disclose the confidential information of the company (as outlined below), except for the benefit of the company, to any individual, company or organization, unless the consent of the company in writing.

I agree that the duration of work at the company and later on, I will be strictly confidential and not use, or disclosure of Confidential Information of the Company (as outlined below), except for the sake of the company, for any individual, company or organization, unless the consent in writing of the company.
