13.1. Bên A, Đối tác và Nhà Điều Hà

13.1. Bên A, Đối tác và Nhà Điều Hành sẽ sở hữu bản quyền và tất cả các quyền sở hữu trí tuệ khác thuộc về loại hình Xổ Số Tự chọn số điện toán thông qua TBĐC được nêu trong Hợp Đồng và tài liệu chuyển giao nếu có, bao gồm cả sở hữu trí tuệ tồn tại từ trước của Bên A, Đối tác và Nhà Điều Hành có thể đã được kết hợp trong đó cho mục đích thực hiện Hợp Đồng, nếu có.
13.2. Bên A bằng cách này cấp cho Bên B giấy phép không độc quyền, không được chuyển nhượng đối với việc sử dụng tài sản trí tuệ cho mục đích giới hạn trong việc thực hiện Hợp Đồng cho mục đích kinh doanh riêng nội bộ của Bên B. Bên B và nhân viên của Bên B sẽ đảm bảo rằng họ không và sẽ không cho phép người khác sử dụng, sao chép, điều chỉnh, thay đổi, sửa đổi, sáp nhập, đảo ngược và/hoặc tạo ra các sản phẩm phái sinh, thiết bị cung cấp XSTC, nếu có, được cung cấp trong quá trình thực hiện Hợp Đồng và/hoặc bất kỳ phần nào hoặc cùng khai thác nhằm mục đích thương mại.
13.3. Mỗi bên không trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp, sử dụng bất kỳ thương hiệu của bên kia, tên thương mại, nhãn hiệu dịch vụ dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào, trừ trường hợp được phép của bên kia.

13.1.
