Phụ trách quản lý toàn bộ nhân viên của dự án cho Dự Án Công ty Nokia, Công ty Sam Sung, Cty Beiersdorf Thái Lan (Nhãn hàng mỹ phẩm Nivea) các công việc chính:
- Phụ trách tổng hợp doanh số hằng ngày, đồng thời theo dõi ngày công đi làm lập bảng chấm công, theo dõi ngày phép, tác phong, giờ giấc đi làm của nhân viên để đánh giá KPI hàng tháng.
- Tổng hợp chấm công, lập bảng tính lương, chạy doanh số từ Data khách hàng gửi về để tính lương ngày công, Tính KPI, doanh số dự án.
- Kiểm tra, và hoàn tất chi phí công tác nhân viên và các chi phí khác liên quan đến dự án - Quyết toán thuế TNCN Quí, năm
- Lập và giải quyết các chế độ, Thủ tục liên quan cơ quan nhà nước, BHXH, BHYT, BHTN về lao động.
- Theo dõi và lập hồ sơ thanh toán bảo hiểm 24h cho nhân viên
- Các Thủ tục nhân sự tiếp nhận nhân viên mới và giải quyết thôi việc…
- Phụ trách hỗ trợ đào tạo kĩ năng làm việc cho nhân viên dự án
- Hỗ trợ cho dự án thực hiện tìm kiếm những nhà cung cấp để sản xuất công cụ hỗ trợ bán hàng cho từng dự án với giá thấp nhất
- Hỗ trợ dự án hạch toán, kiểm soát chi phí cho dự án
- Phụ trách báo cáo gửi đối tác theo quy định cụ thể của từng dự án
- Phân bổ và cấp phát tài sản, đồng phục, hàng hóa cho chương trình bán hàng đến từng nhân viên.
- Triển khai, thông báo đến nhân viên các thông tin liên quan đến chương trình bán hàng.
- Đăng ký khai trình lao động, An toàn lao động, Công đoàn, Thỏa ước lao động tập thể, Nội Qui Lao động
