Điều 1. Ban hành kèm theo Quyết địn

Điều 1. Ban hành kèm theo Quyết định này Danh mục sản phẩm công nghiệp hỗ trợ ưu tiên phát triển.
Điều 2. Các dự án sản xuất sản phẩm công nghiệp hỗ trợ thuộc Danh mục sản phẩm công nghiệp hỗ trợ ưu tiên phát triển nêu tại Điều 1 được xem xét áp dụng cơ chế hỗ trợ thích hợp theo quy định tại Điều 4 của Quyết định số 12/2011/QĐ-TTg ngày 24 tháng 02 năm 2011 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ về chính sách phát triển một số ngành công nghiệp hỗ trợ.
Điều 3. Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày ký ban hành.
Điều 4. Các Bộ trưởng, Thủ trưởng cơ quan ngang Bộ, Thủ trưởng cơ quan thuộc Chính phủ, Chủ tịch Ủy ban nhân dân các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương và các tổ chức, cá nhân có liên quan chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này./.

Article 1. To issue together with this Decision the list of industrial products support development priorities.
Article 2. The production projects supporting industrial products on the list of industrial products support development priorities set out in Article 1 shall be considered to apply the appropriate support mechanisms as stipulated in Article 4 of Decision No. 12/2011 / QD-TTg dated 24 May 02, 2011 by the Prime Minister on a number of policies to develop support industries.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
