7. Trong quá trình thực hiện Hợp đồ

7. Trong quá trình thực hiện Hợp đồng nếu có phát sinh tranh chấp, hai bên cùng nhau
thương lượng giải quyết. Trong trường hợp không thương lượng được sẽ đưa vụ việc
ra toà án có thẩm quyền nơi có trụ sở chính của Bên A tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh để
giải quyết. Phán quyết của tòa án là quyết định cuối cùng và có hiệu lực thi hành đối với
các bên.
8. Hai bên xác nhận đã đọc kỹ, hiểu rõ và đồng ý toàn bộ các điều khoản và điều kiện ghi
trong Hợp đồng này, Hợp đồng mua bán Căn hộ và công nhận là nội dung được thể
hiện đúng với ý chí của cả hai bên. Hai bên cam kết thực hiện đúng và đầy đủ các nội
dung của Hợp đồng này.
9. Hợp đồng này được lập thành 02 (hai) bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau, Bên A giữ 01
(một) bản, Bên B giữ 01 (một) bản để cùng thực hiện. Hợp đồng này có hiệu lực kể từ
ngày ký và chấm dứt khi Hợp đồng mua bán Căn hộ được ký kết và có hiệu lực.
