* Đơn giá thuê máy móc thiết bị thi công nêu trên: được tính cho thời gian máy làm việc liên tục theo sự chỉ đạo của cán bộ kỹ thuật bên A là 07 giờ (bảy) theo giờ làm việc (gọi là 01 ca máy). Một tháng tối đa máy phải hoạt động được 26 ngày (hai sáu ngày).
Trong trường hợp bên A cần đẩy nhanh tiến độ, máy phải làm việc thêm ngoài thời gian đã thoả thuận như trên thì chi phí sẽ được tính thêm như sau :
Tiền thuê thiết bị :
(Đơn giá thuê máy nêu trên/26 ngày/07 giờ) x Số thời gian máy làm thêm.
Tiền nhân công : (gấp 1,50 lần tiền ngày công bình thường)
150.000,0 x 1,5 = 225.000,0 đ x Số ngày công lái máy làm thêm.
