How are you? Hope this email will find you in good health but busy with your business as usual as I do in my place here in USA.
With this email I would like to inform you that I have now finally and safely arrived back to my sweet home and busy office.

Follow up to our recent brief communication related to our pending VEF vs USD deal, I would like you to inform you that I am still interested to continue to work with you on it as your VEF-Provider. My business partner and I do still have other alternative USD providers for you and your deal including the one that can issue a good checque guarantee for your VEF fund.

However before to proceed further I would like to suggest that for our future cooperation following conditions have to be met by you:

1. You need to be frank with me and provide me all the truth;

2. You need to provide and nominate a suitable professional coordinator who has a good command on English-Vietnamese language that will act both as your translator and key contact person for our business communication;

3. All of our future business communication shall be mainly done in writing via email for record between the said contact person of yours (with cced copy to you for info). Telephone/voice communication will be only done in case of need but as a complementary message to the written ones only;

4. You need to really make sure that you and your team should have proposed VEF fund for deal, really deposited in the Fiesta Toys CA bank account at Banesco Bank and this fund should be verifiable at least internally by Mr Patrick and USD provider ;

5. Any proposed deal has to be real and practicable with realistic and confirmed transfer schedule; ie., upon the receipt of good checque guaranty from the usd provider, VEF-Provider shall be really capable to transfer the equivalent VEF funds to the receiving account of USD-P at the same bank (Banesco) by means of a single transfer or by installments;

6. Price will be subjected to mutual agreement between USD-Provider and VEF-Provider for each contracted amount. After transaction completed - all rolls & extension will be subjected to new mutually agreed price, but operations shall follow same procedures;


Please confirm and advise me on how you would like to proceed with the said proposal of mine ASAP. So that I can accordingly help you to follow it up with suitable USD-Provider.
