Ở thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, vài năm trở lại đây tình hình có khá hơn. Tệ nạn vứt rác ra đường đã giảm bớt, tuy vậy ở các khu nhà dân ven kênh rạch hoặc gần chợ búa ở ngoại thành thì tình hình ô nhiễm vẫn đáng sợ. Rác chất thải “sống chung” với người hết năm này qua năm khác. Chính quyền thành phố đã phải tốn nhiều công sức, tiền bạc để giải quyết vấn đề nhức nhối này nhưng vẫn chưa thể dứt điểm.

In Ho Chi Minh City, a couple of years, the situation there is better. Rubbish waste "living" with the year after year. The City Government has had to spend much effort, money to solve the problem of littering this but still not able to finish.
