- Thành tố học tập thứ ba: “ Như thế nào” cho ta biết được quá trình thay đổi hiện thực đã được phản ánh, chỉ ra cách thức mà các cá nhân tương tác với nhau hoặc tương tác với môi trường. Nó trả lời câu hỏi “ nêu ra quyết định như thế nào?”, “ những chuỗi hành động nào cần được thực hiện để đạt được mục đích?”. Tóm lại cá nhân và cộng đồng cần được thay đổi một cách có hệ thống như thế nào dựa trên đánh giá hoàn cảnh thực tế và định hướng giá trị? Thành phần quá trình chỉ ra rằng: 1) hành động có thống nhất dựa trên hệ giá trị. 2) hành động có tính thống nhất dựa trên hệ thống kiến thức lĩnh hội được sáng tạo ra. 3) làm thế nào để biến đổi môi trường Văn hóa - Xã hội.
Ba thành phần học tập này vô cùng quan trọng, khi chúng ta nhận biết, hiểu được thì sẽ giúp chúng ta giải quyết được vấn đề phù hợp với những yêu cầu đặt ra giữa lý thuyết và thực tế. Trên thực tế ta thấy ba thành tố học tập này là ba vòng tròn giao thoa với nhau, chúng có mối quan hệ mật thiết với nhau, bắt nguồn từ đức tin của con người. Các thành tố học tập đan xen vào nhau thể hiện sự hòa hợp ở bên trong con người, cộng đồng xã hội và môi trường.
Quá trình tăng trưởng của cá nhân và cộng đồng bắt nguồn từ đức tin phải được đánh giá đúng thực tế. Từ thực tế sẽ dẫn đến hi vọng và từ hi vọng ấy sẽ chuyển thành hành động và tình yêu.

Con người khi trở thành điều phối viên xã hội sống trong cộng đồng có đức tin, các biến đổi về văn hóa, xã hội, về sự phát triển toàn diện của con người. Sự tham gia của các lãnh đạo trong tổ chức xã hội sẽ đi đến hòa bình, sự toàn vẹn của tạo hóa. Quá trình phát triển của cá nhân và cộng đồng sẽ tuân theo một vòng tròn xoáy xoắn ốc.

Dù tôi hay bạn, mỗi chúng ta có theo hoặc không theo một tôn giáo nào nhưng đều mong muốn được sống trong một xã hội phát triển, công bằng, mọi người được ấm no hạnh phúc.
