Rạn Nam Ô

Theo người địa phương, tên gọi Nam Ô có nghĩa là ở phía Nam của châu Ô xưa. Bãi Nam Ô có độ dốc vừa phải, lại men theo chân núi. Núi soi bóng trên nền biển xanh, cát trắng, lưa thưa vài dây muống biển nên phong cảnh nơi đây đẹp như một bức tranh thủy mặc.

Từ bãi tắm Nam Ô, du khách có thể xuôi về bán đảo Sơn Trà bằng đường núi hoặc dùng thuyền ngược về hướng Tây, thăm làng dân tộc Kà-Tu ở xã Hòa Bắc, huyện Hòa Vang.
Biển Sơn Trà

Đến ven biển của bán đảo Sơn Trà có 3 bãi tắm nổi tiếng như bãi Bắc, bãi Nam và bãi Bụt. Ngoài tắm biển, du khách đến đây để khám phá rừng nguyên sinh với hệ động thực vật rất phong phú của bán đảo hay những rặng san hô lớn và tuyệt đẹp dưới đáy biển. Hay dong thuyền thúng câu cá, câu mực.

Bãi Xuân Thiều

Ít ai ngờ rằng bãi tắm luôn sạch, đẹp cát trắng mịn, nước biển lúc nào cũng xanh ngăn ngắt này còn có một cái tên gọi khác là “Red Beach” (Biển Đỏ). Nhưng nếu đến đây vào lúc bình minh hay hoàng hôn, khi mặt trời phản chiếu ánh sáng trên mặt nước, khiến cả bãi biển có màu đỏ rực, bắt mắt, sẽ hiểu nguyên nhân của tên gọi.

Bãi Bắc Mỹ An

Khu vực Bắc Mỹ An có năm điểm được xem là bãi tắm đẹp gồm: bãi tắm T18, Mỹ Đa Đông 2, Mỹ Đa Đông 3, Bắc Mỹ An và khu vực khách sạn Furama với sức chứa khoảng 8.000 khách/ngày. Khi đến đây, du khách thường nhầm tưởng chỉ có một khu du lịch Furama, nên khá e ngại tình hình tài chính của mình. Bãi Non Nước

Bãi tắm Non Nước trải dài như một vòng cung xanh nằm dọc chân núi Ngũ Hành Sơn, có độ dốc thoai thoải, sóng êm, cát trắng. Đến với Non Nước, ngoài việc nghỉ ngơi, tắm biển, thưởng thức các món hải sản tươi ngon, du khách còn có thể kết hợp viếng thăm thắng tích Ngũ Hành Sơn, làng đá mỹ nghệ hoặc làm một cuộc du thuyền trên sông Cổ Cò.

Cầu Rồng

Nổi tiếng nhất hiện nay có lẽ là cầu Rồng, đây là cây cầu được khánh thành vào năm 2013, nối dài giữa đường Nguyễn Văn Linh (từ sân bay) qua đường Võ Văn Kiệt (ra biển).

Nét đặt trưng của cầu Rồng là nằm ngay trung tâm thành phố và có sự kiện tối thứ 7 và tối chủ nhật (8.30 – 9h) thì ở đầu rồng có phun lửa và phun nước phục vụ du khách tham quan.
Cầu quay Sông Hàn

Nổi tiếng thứ hai có lẽ là cầu Sông Hàn, cầu Sông Hàn được khánh thành năm 2000 là cây cầu quay duy nhất ở Việt Nam.

Cầu Sông Hàn là cây cầu lâu đời nhất trong những cây cầu mới hiện đại sau này. Cầu Sông Hàn một thời là biểu tượng của thành phố Đà Nẵng.
Cầu Trần Thị Lý

Cầu Trần Thị Lý vốn là cầu đường sắt, thời Pháp thuộc cầu được gọi là De Lattre de Tassigny, sau đó đổi tên thành cầu Trịnh Minh Thế, nằm cách cầu Nguyễn Văn Trỗi khoảng 20m về phía thượng lưu. Sau năm 1975, cầu được đặt tên là cầu Trần Thị Lý, và được nâng cấp thành cầu đường bộ.

Cầu có tổng chiều dài 1.856m, trong đó phần cầu treo dây võng dài 655m và phần cầu dẫn phía hai đầu Thuận Phước và Sơn Trà mỗi bên dài 600m. Cầu rộng 18m với 4 làn xe (ô tô và xe máy), 2 lối đi bộ và 2 lối đi dành cho xe đạp và xe thô sơ.
