- Nhật trình ký nhận giữa hai bên cho việc thuê sử dụng xe nâng, cẩu, xe khác từng ngày. Nhật trình này làm ngày nào ký nhận ngày đó, ai là người tiếp nhận, giám sát hôm đó thì ký nhận

2.3 . Đối với cung cấp dịch vụ phải có:
- Biên bản nghiệm thu hoàn thành công việc có chữ ký của hai bên
- Nếu là hóa đơn thuê nhân công, phải có bảng chấm công kèm theo hóa đơn.

2. 4. Đối với thanh toán phí công tác phải có:
- Giấy đi đường có dấu và chữ ký nơi đến công tác.
- Biên bản ký nhận tiền nếu chuyển tiền cho 1 người (tạm ứng)
- Nếu làm thanh toán mà không tạm ứng sẽ có bản kê cho từng người và kế toán sẽ chuyển trực tiếp cho từng người.
- Đối với tiền phòng vượt mức quy định của công ty, phải có hóa đơn GTGT. Khi có hóa đơn GTGT, công ty sẽ chuyển tiền thanh toán cho nhà cung cấp.
III. THỜI HẠN THANH TOÁN:
- Trong vòng 15 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được đầy đủ chứng từ đối với những khoản thanh toán có kế hoạch trước
- Trong vòng 45 ngày kể từ ngày nhận đủ chứng từ đối với nhưng khoản thanh toán phát sinh không có kế hoạch trước.
- Đối với các khoản thanh toán không minh bạch, sẽ hủy vĩnh viễn không thanh toán
