Khi hàng không đạt chất lượng, bộ phận bán hàng sẽ tiến hành thu hồi hàng đã bán hoặc hàng hóa bị khách hàng trả lại. Khi hàng được chuyển về tới kho, số hàng sẽ được nhập kho dưới trạng thái QI stock đồng thời hệ thống sẽ sinh ra Inspection Lot để QM tiến hành kiểm tra chất lượng cho lô hàng nhập về. Dựa và kết luận của QM, hàng đó sẽ được nhập lại kho chờ thanh lý nếu không đạt chất lượng(block stock) hoặc chuyển về xưởng chờ tái chế (unrestricted stock). Nếu hàng còn tốt có thể nhập kho Unrestricted stock để bán cho khách hàng khác hoặc trả lại khách hàng
